Pregnancy Massage

Those who are expecting may be living with a variety of aches and pains, particularly across the lower back, hips and legs linked to their pregnancy. Massage can be an effective means of relief and an important moment to look after the welfare of the individual throughout the pregnancy as well as after birth.  Please note that massage is only suitable after the 1st trimester of pregnancy. While massage is usually a safe and relaxing treatment during pregnancy, if there are any non standard aspects to your pregnancy please contact your GP for further guidance.

Swedish Holistic Massage

Swedish Holistic Massage is a relaxing and therapeutic style of soft tissue mobilisation based on an extensive knowledge of anatomy and the body. It makes use of a variety of techniques to relieve stress and reduce tension in the muscles. It may help to improve circulation and support lymphatic drainage. A treatment can be full body or you can opt to focus on a particular area. Please specify when booking. 

Back Massage

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a deep form of soft tissue mobilisation. It can be applied in a sporting and non-sporting context. Sports Massage uses a variety of hands-on techniques, trigger points and passive stretching to relieve tension in the musculoskeletal system. A one hour treatment will usually be focused on a specific body area that you feel needs treatment such as "Legs" or "Back, Neck & Shoulders". Please specify when booking.
